All children qualify regardless of household income.
For adults without children, household income limit for Pennsylvania Health Fund Zero Co-Pay Program is 200% of what the current Federal Poverty Guidelines are for the year. That limit changes from year to year and is dependent on the number of people in your family. All Children – A child under 18 years old or a young adult under 26 years old who is a dependent under a parent’s health insurance policy.
Caretaker – A primary caretaker that resides in the same household of a person that receives Zero Co-Pay benefits from Pennsylvania Health Fund.
Income (only applies to households without children) – Total household income of 200% or less of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG).
