All children qualify regardless of household income.

For adults without children, household income limit for Pennsylvania Health Fund Zero Co-Pay Program is 200% of what the current Federal Poverty Guidelines are for the year. That limit changes from year to year and is dependent on the number of people in your family. Who qualifies for children’s medical assistance in PA?
